If your report misses the mark or isn't useful to your business, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund — no lengthy back-and-forth.

How to request

Send us a message via the contact page with your order email and a brief note about what didn't work. Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

Exclusions

We may decline refunds for orders that violate our terms of service (for example, submitting websites you don't own).
